LEAP test analysis to be ready next week

BATON ROUGE — While parents and school officials have individual reports on how students and schools performed in the LEAP and iLEAP exams, an analysis of the statewide results won’t be ready until next week.

Superintendent of Education John White said Tuesday that his office distributed raw data test results to schools late Monday so school officials would be able to inform students who need to attend summer school to be promoted.

“It takes time to analyze data on a statewide basis” and compile a report, White said.
